The company behind FLEC®
CHEMATEC was established in 1985 by Poul Erik Sørensen and has developed and produced the original Field and Laboratory Emission Cell and its accessories ever since.
In 2023, CHEMATEC merged with Rossing Data ApS, owned by Henrik Rossing, son of the company’s founder. Today the company operates as CHEMATEC Rossing Data ApS, with CHEMATEC ApS and ROSSING Data ApS as registered secondary business names.
The merger combines decades of scientific and manufacturing experience with stronger digital capabilities and a continued commitment to practical, reliable instrumentation.
